While renovating his old house, Martin faced the challenge of a stubborn door hinge. The bottom hinge was crooked, and the traditional method of removing the pin with a screwdriver and hammer proved dangerous. As he tapped on the pin, the screwdriver slipped sideways, causing an injury. He just knew there had to be a better way. Alongside Jean, the two were then inspired to create the Doordriver!
